Subscribers

We cannot retrieve passwords from our secure membership system. If you cannot remember your password, please follow the “Forgot Password” process.

  2. You may have changed your password and forgotten the change you made.
  3. You may not have typed in your password correctly — Passwords are case sensitivity and spaces, dots or underscores may have been omitted.

You will still be able to login if your subscription has expired but you will not have access to any videos.

The videos in our Online Library are not for download and can only be viewed via streaming with internet access.

Sometimes internet browsers are temporarily unavailable.

Firstly, try to access another website on the Internet, eg http://www.google.com, to ascertain whether it is your internet connection or just our website that is unavailable.

Secondly, try accessing our site from another computer. This will help determine where the difficulty lies – namely, with your Internet browser or our site.

Forgot Your Password?

We cannot retrieve your password for security reasons, so if you lose your password, you must reset it.

Step 1: Click the ‘Forgot Password’ under the Login button.

Step 2:  Enter your email address (the one attached to your subscription) and click the button “Request Password Reset”.

Step 3:  a) If you entered a valid current email address, you will receive this message:

Step 3:  b) If the password entered is not associated with a current subscriber account, you will receive this error message:

Step 4: Go into your email, find the email from Emmaus Productions and click on the link to reset your password.  This link will take you to a new internet window.

Step 5:  Type in the new password you have selected and click the button “Update Password”.

Step 6:  You are now logged in and ready to stream the videos under your subscription! 
You will also receive an email, Your password was successfully reset on Emmaus Productions!”

Adjust Video Captions

Watch the quick video below or follow the easy steps to adjust “CC” captions to improve your viewing experience.
You can easily enlarge the captions to be more dominant over the English text.

Instruction video

Step 1: Click the ‘CC’ icon in the video play toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2:  Select “Customize” from the CC pop-up menu.

Step 3:  Select “Font” from the Customize pop-up menu.

Step 4: Choose the size, and even colour, that you prefer. 150% is good to cover English.

Step 5:  Click anywhere outside the black menu box to view your new settings.
